Translate Easy Terms of Use

These terms apply to any part of Translate Easy (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") that you download, install, copy, or otherwise use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License

You obtain a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use this application on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. App Usage Guidelines

• You must ensure that you comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and relevant laws and regulations when using this application, and you must not use this application for illegal activities.

• The translation results provided by this application are for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the translations. You should verify the authenticity of the translated content yourself. We are not liable for any losses caused by reliance on the translation results.

• You should take good care of your device. You are solely responsible for any losses caused by lost devices.

3. Intellectual Property

• The software copyright, trademarks, text, images, and other intellectual property rights of this application belong to us. Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited.

• The intellectual property rights of the translated content generated by your use of this application belong to you. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it to optimize our translation algorithm (which will be anonymized and not linked to your identity).

4. Termination

You may delete the application at any time to terminate this agreement; if any unauthorized use is discovered, the developer has the right to stop providing services to you.

5. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the developer's location. In the event of any conflict with the App Store terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, except for losses directly caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

This limitation of liability applies to any claim arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use this application.

7. Terms Change and Termination

We may update these Terms based on business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. Your continued use of this app constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

If you seriously violate these Terms, we have the right to terminate our services to you, delete your relevant data (as stipulated in our Privacy Policy), and will not be liable for compensation.
